FAST ADOPTION APPLICATION
Please fill in the form (on the right) and we will contact you immediately. We make your adoption process easy, as the dogs are number one on our list: Fill out the FAST APPLICATION, adoption fees are negotiable due to the economy, based on our cost! Please understand that we receive no HELP from counties government or company sponsorships !
Understanding:
An animal requires an adjustment period, which requires a minimum of two weeks. Although we have tested your dog for parasites, and have dewormed the dog, the worms may mature and come back, as these dogs have been neglected! Another deworming and a final one may be necessary. Please consult your veterinary clinic!
Adoption Cost:
Our rescued dogs are also:
tested for Heartworm
vaccinated for Rabies, Parvo/Distemper, and Bordetalla
microchipped
checked for fleas and treated with appropriate medication when necessary
checked for internal parasites and worms
spayed/neutered - Please note covers the cost of the spay or neuter, but certain clinics require blood panels prior to surgery, and/or medications afterwards. FPALR does not cover these additional costs.
Our rescued puppies are also:

de-wormed

Please be aware that there may be expenses not covered by FPALR. For example, we do not pay for rabies tags. Also some adopters choose to bring their newly adopted animals to their own vet, which is not one of our Animal Care Providers. In this case, we are unable to reimburse for the costs of vetting. Since we are an all volunteer, registered, not-for-profit 501c3 charity organization, our Animal Care Providers offer our group special rates and or terms.
