Vaccinated for Rabies, Parvo/Distemper, and Bordetalla
Microchipped
Checked for fleas and treated with appropriate medication when necessary
Checked for internal parasites and worms
Spayed/neutered (If dog is too young at adoption to be spayed or neutered yet or for other scheduling or logistical reasons the dog was not neutered or spayed before adoption, the rescue will rebate part of the adoption fee when adopter shows proof that the dog was spayed or neutered. See our contract for details.)
Our rescue puppies are:
Vaccinated for Rabies, Parvo/Distemper, and Bordetalla
Microchipped
Checked for fleas and treated with appropriate medication when necessary
Dewormed
Spayed/neutered if 6 months to a year old. If dog is too young to be spayed or neutered, the adopter takes the puppy to their own vet to get spayed or neutered when of appropriate age and we issue the adopter a credit after the procedure is done and we receive written verification from their vet. Please be aware that some expenses are not covered by FPALR, such as rabies tags, although FPALR will give adopters a copy of a rabies certificate if the dog is old enough to be vaccinated.
