Matching Donations

Many companies, large and small, encourage their employees to support worthwhile charities by matching the individual donations of their employees. Find out if your employer has a program like this by searching here. 

Corporate Charitable Campaigns

Many workplaces coordinate charitable campaigns for their employees in the fall. If you are not familiar with your company’s workplace giving program, contact your human resources department. Some companies have an online system to make and track employees' charitable donations and to match them. Some use paper forms. Regardless of the method, you can designate Fortunate Pooches and Lab Rescue along with the FPALR tax ID (20-0351812) and our address (P.O. Box 1296; Palatine, IL 60078).

Payroll Deductions

Workplace giving programs allow employees to make regular donations to eligible charities by having a specified amount deducted from their paycheck each pay period or by making a one-time or annual gift via a payroll deduction.
